Kayak or Canoe? This question is often asked and the answer would depend on where your answer came from. If you think a kayak is better suited for you, then go for a kayak.
Personally, I like canoe for its aesthetic look and the way one paddles it using the single-bladed canoe paddle. The movement, both man and boat simply look so gentle and graceful, particularly the Canadian-style paddling.
Functional or otherwise, if you think a canoe is the right one for you, here’s one canoe you’ll want to investigate before making your final purchase, the Mohawk.
While many other canoe companies have gone on and build kayaks and hybrids, Mohawk Canoes have stayed on and continue to build canoes, incorporating newer and better material and technology. With over 40 years of experience, Mohawk Canoes’ passion and continued commitment to building top quality canoes and delivering value is evident in every canoe they build.
Here are a few of their popular models.
